Project Title: Oracle EBS Mobile Inventory Transactions Application with Barcode Integration Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant / Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement a mobile application integrated with Oracle EBS R12.2.7 for inventory and purchasing transactions. The solution will be used by warehouse and store personnel to perform barcode-based inventory transactions in real time through mobile devices. The application will integrate directly with Oracle EBS and process transactions online. Project Environment * Oracle EBS Version: R12.2.7 * Real-time online transaction processing * Inventory and Purchasing modules * Two inventory organizations (primarily one active organization) * Approximately 4–5 users initially * Mobile barcode scanning devices Scope of Work The selected resource will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support. Phase 1 – Requirement Analysis and Documentation The resource must prepare and submit the following documents before development starts: * Business Requirement Document (BRD) * Functional Specification Document (FSD) * Technical Design Document (TDD) * Database Design Document (if required) * Process Flow Diagrams * UI/UX Screen Designs and Wireframes * Integration Architecture Document * Barcode Management Strategy Development shall commence only after approval of the design documents. Phase 2 – Mobile Application Development The mobile application must support the following Oracle EBS transactions: 1. Purchase Order Receipt Standard Process: * Enter PO Number * Scan Item Barcode * Enter Quantity * Select Subinventory and Locator * Upload transaction to Oracle EBS Custom Process: * User scans Item Barcode first * System displays all approved open Purchase Orders containing the scanned item * User selects the required PO * Continue receipt process as normal 2. Subinventory Transfer * Select organization * Select source subinventory * Scan locator * Scan item barcode * Enter quantity * Select destination locator * Process transaction in Oracle EBS 3. Miscellaneous Receipt * Select organization * Select subinventory and locator * Scan item barcode * Enter quantity * Process transaction in Oracle EBS Note: Sales Return process will follow the Miscellaneous Receipt transaction flow. 4. Move Order Processing * Enter approved move order number * Scan item barcode * Enter quantity * Select source and destination subinventory/locator * Process move order transaction in Oracle EBS Barcode Management Requirement The customer’s existing box barcodes cannot be used as item identifiers because they represent serial numbers rather than item codes. A barcode management mechanism must therefore be developed that includes: * Barcode generation for items without barcodes * Barcode-to-item mapping * Barcode maintenance functionality * Barcode printing capability * New item barcode assignment workflow * Documentation and process flow for maintaining barcode data Integration Requirements * Direct integration with Oracle EBS R12.2.7 * Real-time transaction processing * Utilize Oracle standard APIs/interfaces wherever available * Maintain Oracle transaction integrity and validation logic * No customization required within Oracle EBS core transaction logic other than the custom barcode-driven PO receipt selection process Testing and Deployment The selected resource will be responsible for: * Unit Testing * System Integration Testing * User Acceptance Testing Support * Production Deployment Support * User Training Assistance * Knowledge Transfer Deliverables The final deliverables must include: * Complete source code * Mobile application source files * Oracle database objects and scripts * Integration components * Technical documentation * Functional documentation * Installation guide * User manual * Deployment guide * Process flow diagrams Source Code Ownership All source code, documentation, scripts, designs, and project deliverables developed under this project shall become the exclusive property of Delta Systems LLC. Full source code and documentation handover is mandatory before project closure. Support Requirement * One week UAT support * Three months post-go-live support and bug fixing * Reasonable assistance during production stabilization Required Skills * Oracle EBS R12.2.x * Oracle Inventory Module * Oracle Purchasing Module * Oracle PL/SQL * Oracle Forms and Reports * Mobile Application Development * REST/API Integration * Barcode and Warehouse Mobility Solutions * Technical Documentation Preparation Proposal Requirements Please provide: * Relevant Oracle EBS project experience * Similar mobile inventory or warehouse projects completed * Proposed technology stack * Estimated project timeline * Estimated fixed-price quotation * Support approach after go-live
