Oracle Primavera P6 Technical Lead / Systems Integration Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Depends on candidate experience About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Lead. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise with team management, system integration, and business process automation. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead and supervise a technical team, including system administrators, data analysts, and integration developers. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and develop team capabilities Prepare work plans, prioritize activities, and track KPIs System Management Set up, configure, and manage Oracle systems Manage user access and permissions Ensure service continuity and resolve incidents Coordinate with Oracle's vendor technical support Integration & Development Design, develop, and automate business processes Integrate Oracle with other enterprise systems Manage and maintain Primavera P6 integration Execute SQL queries, data views, and configure integration tools Data Management Lead data migration, cleansing, and quality assurance Develop reports and monitoring dashboards Documentation & Coordination Prepare user guides, manuals, and improve workflows Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders Consolidate and manage business requirements Requirements 5+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Proven experience leading technical teams Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 integration Proficiency in SQL queries, data views, and database management Experience with enterprise system integrations Business process design and automation experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in data migration and quality assurance Arabic language is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Dynamic and growing work environment Career growth and development opportunities
