Summary

Primary Responsibilities: - Managing and resolving pending order issues: 1) Ensuring pending orders from the pending orders report are less than 5 days old. - Piloting 2 reps for 6-8 months, monitoring their orders and performance by identifying bottlenecks and issues. Help outline opportunities for workflow improvements. Note: We will do some training (16 to 24 hours.) to get familiar with the scope of work and task at hand. Ideal candidates will have experience in order management and customer service process, with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SAP will be very helpful.
