Looking for BPO Owners for 30-Min Interview

I’m looking for BPO owners to interview for 30 minutes about how you run your operation and what makes scaling difficult. I’m not a BPO. I’m an operations consultant for BPOs. I currently work with two BPO clients and I’m trying to understand whether this business should stay boutique or whether it genuinely solves a problem that more owners care enough about. These interviews are for listening, not selling. What’s in it for you I pay for your time: a fixed fee for a 30‑minute video call. You get a chance to speak openly about what’s working and what isn’t in your operation, with someone who has seen similar patterns in other BPOs. There is no sales pitch during the call. I’m not selling anything on these conversations. I’m paying to learn from you. Ideal BPO owner profile Please apply if most of these are true: You run a small or mid‑size BPO / contact center (not a solo freelancer) You have at least 50 seats or are on track to reach that in the next year You have at least one Operations Manager or floor lead in place You are still pulled into operations when something goes wrong (escalations, WBRs, schedule changes, client calls) Logistics Format: Video call (Zoom/Meet) Duration: 30 minutes Language: English Compensation: Fixed fee for the interview (please include an hourly rate when you apply) How to apply When you send your proposal, please include: A short description of your BPO (size, locations, main services) How many core clients you currently have Whether you have an Ops Manager or similar role in place I’ll review profiles and invite a small number of owners for interviews over the next 2–3 weeks.
