Looking for BPO Owners for 30-Min Interview

I’m looking for BPO owners to interview for 30 minutes about how you run your operation and what makes scaling difficult. I’m not a BPO. I’m an operations consultant for BPOs. I currently work with two BPO clients and I’m trying to understand whether this business should stay boutique or whether it genuinely solves a problem that more owners care enough about. These interviews are for listening, not selling. What’s in it for you I pay for your time: a fixed fee for a 30‑minute video call. You get a chance to speak openly about what’s working and what isn’t in your operation, with someone who has seen similar patterns in other BPOs. There is no sales pitch during the call. I’m not selling anything on these conversations. I’m paying to learn from you.
