Polish-Speaking Order Confirmation & Customer Service Agent | Contact Center --- We are a contact center hiring on behalf of one of our e-commerce clients. We are looking for a reliable, friendly and professional Polish speaker to handle outbound order confirmation calls and upsell opportunities - every working day including weekends. **What You'll Be Doing:** - Calling customers who just placed an order to confirm it and thank them - Letting them know their expected delivery date and making sure they'll be available to receive it - Following up with customers who didn't pick up the day before - Answering any order-related questions using the client's system - Naturally presenting upsell options during the call **This Role Is For You If You:** - Are a native or fluent Polish speaker - Also speak English, our internal communication is in English - Have a warm, confident and professional phone manner - Are reliable and available every working day + weekends - Have previous customer service or phone experience (preferred) **What We Offer:** - Fully remote / home office - Dialer provided → no need for your own phone setup - Flexible hours → approx. 1-3 hours/day depending on order volume (not fixed hours) - Performance and upsell bonus on top of base pay --- ⚠️ Please do not apply if you are not fluent in Polish!
