# Track & Trace Specialist ## Who we are Shipgoods is the fulfillment and sourcing partner sitting between Chinese suppliers and European e-commerce businesses. Our clients are dropshippers and webshops running on Shopify. We handle sourcing, quality control and shipping — with a 48-hour SLA and our own people on the ground in Dongguan. ## What you'll do You keep an eye on our biggest clients' orders all day. Not a list you tick off in the morning and forget about, but continuously watching whether everything is moving the way it should. The moment something gets stuck, you're the one who spots it — and fixes it. In practice that means: - Working through order numbers in ParcelPanel: is everything shipped, is everything moving, is anything sitting still - Catching shipments that have stalled — ten days "in transit", no new scan, stuck at a sorting centre - Figuring out what actually went wrong and sorting it: parcel left with a neighbour, sitting at a post office, wrong address, returned to sender - Coordinating with our suppliers when an order hasn't gone out or needs to be reshipped - Telling clients before they find out themselves — or worse, before their customer does You'll work in a small team with short lines. If you're unsure about something, you send a message and get an answer. ## What you bring - Experience with ParcelPanel (or similar: 17TRACK, TrackingMore, AfterShip) - You know Shopify inside out — orders, fulfillments, tracking, tags - You understand how dropshipping works and where it breaks down in practice - Experience communicating with (Chinese) suppliers - Fluent English - Accurate, and stubborn enough to keep digging when a tracking status doesn't add up Don't tick every box but tick most of them?
