Organic Content Lead — Luxury Villa Social

We help villa owners replace their Airbnb dependency with their own direct booking channel — their own website, their own audience, and their own guest relationships. We have two sides to what we deliver: paid acquisition and organic content. This role is focused on the organic side. ⸻ What We Do for Each Villa * Build a direct booking website (their domain, their brand) * Run paid ads (Meta) targeting high-net-worth travellers * Run organic social channels per villa (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok where it makes sense) * Build the funnel that converts viewer → enquiry → nurture → confirmed booking ⸻ The Role We’re hiring one specialist to run the entire organic content side of the business. You’ll manage multiple luxury villa social media pages. Each villa we sign gets its own Instagram, Facebook, and (where it makes sense) TikTok account. Your job is to run all of them. Once we hand you a villa with brand assets, shoot content, and creative direction — you take it from there. You’d Be Responsible For: * Managing multiple villa social pages across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok * Posting one piece of content per page per day across the channels we run * Balancing the content mix — roughly 50/50 between reels and carousels per month per page * Turning our shoot-day photo and video into daily posts (editing, captioning, scheduling) * Studying what the top luxury villa and travel accounts are doing — modelling what works * Using trial reels and hook-testing to grow reach per page * Writing captions, building hashtag strategies, and scheduling posts * Engaging with comments and DMs to feed enquiries into the booking funnel * Tracking growth metrics per villa (reach, saves, profile visits, link clicks, follower growth) * Monthly performance reporting to the client ⸻ What This Role Is Not * Not content creation from scratch. Founders shoot all photo and video — you don’t touch the camera. You edit, post, and distribute. * Not paid ads. We have a separate specialist for that. * Not a one-villa job. You’re managing multiple pages across multiple properties from day one (and growing). * Not client account management. We own the client relationship. You execute. ⸻ Must-Haves * Experience managing social media for travel, hospitality, real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands * Real portfolio of pages you’ve personally managed and grown (with handles and growth numbers — not just screenshots) * Strong reels instinct — you know what’s working right now, you understand trial reels, and you know how to hook attention * Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously without losing the plot * Strong caption writing in clean, conversational English (not stiff corporate brand voice) * Native or fluent English ⸻ Nice-to-Haves * Existing experience with villa, boutique hotel, short-term rental, or luxury travel accounts * Background in growing accounts from under 10k to 100k+ followers * Understanding of how organic content drives enquiries — not just followers * Trend-spotting habit — you’re already saving reels, screenshotting hooks, and studying formats * Has worked with founders / small teams, not just big agencies ⸻ How to Apply (This Is a Filter) Do not send a CV or cover letter.
