Humbler is a premium men's jewelry brand inspired by discipline, ambition, faith, stoicism, history, and timeless masculinity. We are not looking for a typical Social Media Manager. We're looking for someone to build the world around our brand and transform our Instagram into a media company that drives millions of organic views and significant revenue. If you think in viral content systems instead of individual posts, this role is for you. You will own the creative direction and organic growth strategy for Humbler's Instagram. Responsibilities include: Develop an overall organic content strategy focused on Instagram growth. Create recurring content series and content franchises. Build the narrative and "world" surrounding the brand. Brainstorm viral content concepts every week. Develop storytelling around masculinity, discipline, success, faith, history, philosophy, and culture. Create news-style content that ties current events and cultural moments back to the brand. Research viral trends and adapt them without losing our brand identity. Build repeatable content systems instead of one-off viral videos. Write creative briefs for video editors, designers, and content creators. Direct the creative vision for Reels, carousels, graphics, and short-form video. Generate hooks, scripts, captions, and storytelling angles. Help create content that people share, save, and discuss. Analyze top-performing content and continuously improve creative strategy. Work directly with the founder to evolve the brand into a category-leading media presence.
