We are a US-based beauty business looking for an experienced Organic Instagram Growth & Marketing Specialist to help us grow our Instagram presence and reach our ideal US audience. We are looking for someone who can handle the growth and content side manually and organically—no bots, fake followers, or spammy automation. Responsibilities: Grow our Instagram with targeted US-based followers Research and engage with our ideal audience Create eye-catching Instagram posts and Reels Develop engaging content ideas based on beauty trends and our target audience Increase organic engagement, including likes, comments, shares, saves, and profile visits Manually engage with relevant accounts and potential customers Build a consistent content strategy and posting schedule Monitor performance and improve the strategy based on results Create AI-assisted videos/content when appropriate Requirements: Proven experience with organic Instagram growth Strong understanding of the US beauty/beauty-service market Experience creating engaging Reels and social media content Knowledge of Instagram audience targeting and engagement strategies Ability to work consistently and provide regular updates Manual and organic methods only Our goal is to build a real, relevant, and engaged US audience, not simply increase the follower count.
