We're hiring a Reddit Community Engagement Marketer to build an authentic, transparent brand presence on Reddit — helping people with genuinely useful answers from a clearly identified brand account, and always disclosing affiliation. Success comes from being a trusted contributor, not from gaming visibility. Responsibilities Monitor relevant subreddits for trends, questions, and topics where the brand can genuinely help. Post helpful, accurate comments from one identified brand account, disclosing affiliation when discussing our products. Respect each subreddit's rules and self-promotion norms; engage moderators where required. Work with internal teams on FAQs and resources the community actually wants. Track sentiment and feedback honestly to inform product and messaging. Qualifications Deep familiarity with Reddit culture, etiquette, and subreddit norms. Strong, natural written communication. Experience in community management, social, or content. Good judgment on when to engage vs. stay out, and commitment to transparent, rule-abiding participation.
