Organic Social Media Content Creator (m/w/d) – German-Speaking

We’re a  marketing agency working with DACH e-commerce brands. We’re looking for an experienced content creator to build and grow organic reach on Instagram and TikTok for one of our brands. What you’ll do: Repurpose existing brand content ( product shoots, UGC) into scroll-stopping organic posts Create Reels, TikToks, and meme-based content that actually gets reach Plan and post consistently with a clear content calendar Stay on top of trends, formats, and what works right now on both platforms What you bring: Proven track record growing organic accounts on Instagram and/or TikTok (show us the numbers) Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) You know how to create memes that hit Native or near-native German Understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands You move fast and don’t need hand-holding Nice to have: Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools Background in marketing and ecommerce To apply: Send 2-3 examples of tiktok and instagram accounts or content you’ve grown organically, plus a short note on your approach.
