# Organic Social Media Growth Marketer (Sales-Focused) **Remote (Anywhere) | $5-6 USD/Hour | Part-Time (10-15 Hours Per Week)** ### U.S. Market Experience Required We are looking for an experienced Social Media Growth Marketer to grow our eCommerce business through organic social media marketing. Our products are sold primarily through Walmart. We are not looking for a virtual assistant—we are looking for someone who can increase engagement, drive qualified traffic, and generate sales. ### Responsibilities * Manage one or more social media channels (TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook) * Create content using your own tools and resources * Publish and optimize content based on performance * Track analytics and adjust strategy * Provide a brief weekly performance report We expect you to determine the best content types, posting frequency, trends, and growth strategies.
