About the Role We are a digital agency looking for a talented fractional Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 1 - 2 days per week). Hours will be flexibly distributed across the week to suit project needs. This is a client-facing, strategy-led role. You will be the primary point of contact for a key e-commerce fashion brand client, owning their organic social media presence, shaping their visual identity, and acting as their trusted internal account manager within our agency. There is also scope to support a second client in the health and leisure space as the relationship develops. What You'll Be Doing Client Account Management - E-Commerce Fashion Brand • Serve as the lead account manager for a fashion e-commerce client, building and maintaining a strong working relationship • Join regular client calls to present social media strategy, review progress, and align on upcoming content and campaign direction • Collaborate with the internal performance team (who handle all paid media) to ensure organic and paid efforts are strategically aligned • Provide clear, confident reporting and strategic recommendations to the client Organic Social Media Strategy & Execution • Develop and maintain a robust organic social media strategy tailored to the brand's audience and commercial goals • Oversee or produce content calendars, copy, and creative direction across relevant platforms • Ensure a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all social channels • Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats Internal Agency Collaboration • Act as the internal champion for your clients — keeping the agency team informed, aligned, and moving • Brief and coordinate with creatives, strategists, and the performance team as needed • Maintain clear documentation of strategy, briefs, and client decisions Email / CRM Support (Nice to Have) • Support with email marketing strategy or execution for clients using Klaviyo • This may include planning send schedules, reviewing content, or executing campaigns directly — depending on your experience and client need • This is not a core requirement but will be a valuable addition What We're Looking For Essential • Proven experience managing organic social media for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands • Strong strategic thinking - you can build a social media strategy from the ground up • Excellent client communication and presentation skills - you're comfortable on calls and confident in your recommendations • A sharp eye for visual identity and brand consistency • Experience working within or alongside an agency environment • Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams independently • Comfortable working fractionally and managing your time across the week Desirable • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms • Familiarity with paid social concepts (you won't run paid media, but you'll collaborate with those who do) • Experience across multiple client verticals, including health, wellness, or leisure Engagement Details Approx. 1 - 2 days per week (hours distributed flexibly across the week) Remote working Freelance / fractional contract Potential to grow hours and client scope over time How to Apply Please include the following in your application: • A brief overview of your experience managing organic social for fashion or lifestyle brands • Examples of brands or campaigns you've worked on (links or portfolio welcome) • Your availability and typical day rate or weekly rate • Any experience with Klaviyo or email marketing We're looking for someone who takes real ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work.
