Organic Social Media Manager

We are looking for a reliable, consistent Organic Social Media Manager to join the 5ive World team full time. This is one of the simplest social media roles available — all content is 100% pre-made, pre-edited, and ready to post. All captions and hooks are pre-written. Your only job is to take what we give you and post it to your designated accounts every day. That's it. About 5ive World: 5ive World is a private ecommerce coaching community helping people start and scale profitable online stores. Our founder Dennis DeMarino has built a documented 7-figure ecom business and coaches students daily. We are scaling our organic content presence and need a reliable team member to handle daily posting across multiple accounts. What You'll Be Doing: Opening a shared Google Drive folder daily and downloading the pre-made video clips provided Copying and pasting the pre-written caption exactly as provided Uploading the clip to your designated TikTok and Instagram accounts Confirming daily that posts went live Submitting a simple weekly report with basic numbers — views, followers, bio link clicks That's the entire role. The content is made. The captions are written. You are simply the person who hits post. To Be 100% Clear: Every video is fully produced before it reaches you — no editing required Every caption is pre-written — no writing required No creativity, strategy, or content knowledge is needed Your only responsibility is posting consistently every single day What We're Looking For: Someone reliable and consistent above all else Basic familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Comfortable downloading files from Google Drive and uploading to social platforms Responsive communicator — a quick daily confirmation message is all we need Available 7 days a week What This Role Is NOT: Not a content creation role Not an editing role Not a strategy role Not a part time role Requirements: Fluent in English Available 7 days a week Reliable internet connection Basic smartphone or computer capable of accessing social media apps Compensation: Open to proposals — please include your hourly rate and relevant experience in your application.
