AI Organic TikTok Creator (Remote) Responsibilities -Create viral organic TikTok content using AI tools. -Build and manage TikTok pages from scratch. -Develop AI characters, educational content, and trend-driven videos. -Research TikTok trends, formats, and viral hooks. -Produce high volumes of content while maintaining quality. -Analyze performance and iterate based on results. -Collaborate with the creative team to scale successful content strategies. Requirements -Proven experience growing or managing organic TikTok accounts. -Strong portfolio of viral TikTok content (please share examples). -Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools (e.g. Veo, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, etc.). -Experience creating AI characters, AI UGC, educational or storytelling content. -Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, retention, and the algorithm. -Excellent video editing skills. -Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. -Ideally, experience creating content for DTC/eCommerce brands, particularly within wellness, beauty, consumer products, or supplements. Nice to Have -Experience scaling TikTok pages to 100k+ followers. -Experience with multiple successful organic TikTok accounts. -Understanding of DTC marketing and consumer psychology. -Experience repurposing organic content into paid social creatives.
