Organic shortform scripts needed

-- Overview-- DTC brand, have launched a supplement product on TikTok shops (about 4 months since launch). We have used an affiliate / nano influencer / product seeding strategy to try and generate content volume, in order to rapidly find a winning creative and generate traction. -- Current Strategy / Pivot -- Given our lack of success in finding a wining video combination, I (founder) am getting involved in trying to aide the process. We are a manufacturing first company and we think we've found a strong strategy that has been used by another company that isn't being largely utilized on TikTok overall. Specifically, a chewing gum company has used the combination of ASMR and laboratory / production shots of their gum combined with strong audio copy / pitching of their products, why they're different. I believe we can do the same - utilize captivating lab shots, lab equipment, production techniques, etc combined with strong audio copy in order to find a winning strategy. I have attached the original video this company used in generating such traction for your reference ** Note: These types of videos are still used by many of their affiliates, seem to be working well, and have not been used by many other companies that I can tell. I believe the barrier to entry (setting up a lab, production environment is a big reason why). -- Skills we are looking for -- Essentially, we need someone who is effective at utilizing and generating copy for short form videos. This obviously means a good hook, words that keep the viewer engaged and hopefully take action at the end. -- Expectations -- I am experienced enough in editing and video production. I have the production / lab shots (can generate more) and can do the voice overs. I can also provide ample information regarding our company / brand / why we're different. Where we need help is generating effective voice over scripts. I often write these myself but I know I include to much info and sometimes its hard for me to understand exactly what the consumer needs to hear vs what should be cut. At any rate I can provide plenty of raw scripts as well that I think may be of value for you in attempting to refine something finished / polished. Obviously you can work from scratch as well. --Summarized in one line -- We need good voice over scripts that can hook, engage and persuade.
