Organizing Excel Sheet, Researching Email Addresses for some companies

I have an excel spread sheet with some companies on it, some email addresses on it, and some full information for people at companies. I am looking to start using AI to send emails out but need the list to be particular. I need First Name / Last Name / Company Name / Email Address / Title / Area. I have this information for about 20% of the list. I have some email addresses on there that first name / last name / company name / title / area would need to be organized and maybe researched. I also have some companies on there I would like some contacts to be researched for. Furthermore, this could be a continuous job, because I am always looking to add to this list companies that could become potential clients. Here is the list.
