Original graded granny square cardigan crochet pattern (written) — full commercial rights

About the project: I'm building a brand of premium digital crochet patterns. As a first sub-project, I need an original, well-written granny square cardigan pattern that I can sell as a digital download. This is the first of potentially several patterns, so I'm looking for a designer I can work with long-term. What I need (deliverables): - An original granny square cardigan design — not a copy or derivative of any existing published pattern. - Written pattern in clear, correct English, suitable for advanced-beginner to intermediate crocheters. - Multi-size grading: XS, S, M, L, XL, — with finished measurements per size. - Stitch chart / schematic diagram in addition to the written instructions. - Materials section: yarn weight, recommended yarn, hook size, gauge/tension, estimated yardage per size. - 4–6 high-quality photos of the finished garment (front, back, detail, worn if possible). If you supply your own samples/photos, please say so. - Final delivery as a print-ready PDF; an editable source file (Word/Google Doc) is a plus. Requirements (non-negotiable): The design must be 100% your own original work, free of any third-party copyright. - No AI-generated patterns. The design and the written instructions must be created by you as a human designer — not produced or auto-written by an AI tool. I have seen many AI-generated patterns on the market whose instructions do not match the photos and produce a result that looks nothing like the picture. I will not accept these. - The pattern must be physically test-crocheted (by you or a tester) so that the finished garment matches the photos exactly. I will ask for proof (see below). - Full, exclusive commercial rights transfer to me (work-for-hire): I own the pattern and the exclusive right to sell it; you will not resell or republish it. Please confirm in writing that you agree. - The pattern must be tech-edited so it is error-free (instructions, charts and measurements all consistent). Please include in your application: - Portfolio/links of graded garment patterns you've written (cardigans/sweaters preferred). - A sample of one of your written patterns (a page or two) so I can judge clarity. - Confirmation that you can transfer exclusive commercial rights. - Photos of the actual finished garment you crocheted from your own pattern (not stock or rendered images), so I can see that your written instructions produce the result shown. This is how I verify the pattern is real and human-tested. - Your price and timeline. - Whether you already have a suitable design you could adapt, or would create from scratch. A few questions: 1. How many sizes have you graded in past garment patterns? 2. Do you test-crochet your patterns yourself or work with testers? 3.
