Outbound Appointment Setter — Book Demos for US Home-Services AI (Base + High Bonuses)

Pay: - **$4-10/hr base** - **$20 for every booked demo that shows up** - **$125 bonus when the client signs** We're a US automation agency that builds backend systems for home-services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). We need an experienced outbound caller to book free audit appointments with business owners. The CRM, dialer, lead lists, and tracking are already built — you focus on dialing and booking. What you'll do: - Call owner-operated US trade businesses during US business hours - Run a provided script: open, qualify, handle objections, book a 20–30 min audit - Log every call outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel — simple, we'll train you) - ~4 hours/day to start, Monday–Friday You're a fit if you: - Have real outbound / appointment-setting / cold-calling experience (please mention campaigns + results) - Speak clear, confident, easily-understood English on the phone - Can work US business hours (EST overlap) - Are coachable — we give daily feedback and want someone who applies it fast - Have a reliable headset + stable internet + quiet space Country doesn't matter to us — call quality does.
