We're a US company that helps home-care agencies hire caregivers, and we're looking for experienced cold-call appointment setters to book Zoom demos with agency owners. You are NOT selling. Your only job is to dial, get to the decision-maker, qualify in two minutes, and book the appointment — our closer handles the actual sale. It's a tight, scripted, repeatable process, not freeform selling. COMPENSATION: $50 for every qualified appointment that shows up. Performance-only, uncapped. - No base — you're paid purely on results, with no ceiling. - A "shown appointment" = a US home-care agency owner or hiring decision-maker who actually joins the booked Zoom call. - Book just 2-3 shown appointments a day and that's $100-150/day. Strong setters do more. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Make outbound calls to US home-care agencies (leads and dialer provided). - Get past the gatekeeper or phone menu to the owner / hiring person. - Run our word-for-word script: a warm opener plus 3 quick qualifying questions. - Book qualified prospects into our calendar for a Zoom demo. Done. YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE: - Excellent, natural spoken English — US prospects must trust you in the first 5 seconds. Neutral accent strongly preferred. - Real cold-calling or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred). - Thick skin and serious work ethic — this is high-volume dialing; you push past gatekeepers and rejection all day. - A reliable computer, quiet workspace, quality headset, and stable internet. - Availability during US business hours (we'll align on your timezone).
