Outbound B2B Caller Needed — Healthcare Billing Outreach (Warm Leads, Script Provided)

Job Description We're a medical billing company (Zen Medical Services) specializing in Rural Health Clinic billing. We recently mailed ~485 personalized letters to independent Rural Health Clinics across California, Kentucky, Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, and Louisiana. We need a reliable, professional caller to follow up by phone. This is warm outreach, not cold calling — every contact has already received a personalized letter from our founder. Your job is simply to follow up, confirm they received it, gauge interest, and either book a short intro call or collect their email for follow-up. What You'll Be Doing Call through a provided list of ~485 healthcare practice contacts (a mix of physician-owners, practice administrators, and office managers) Follow two simple provided scripts depending on contact type (most calls are a quick "did you get our letter, are you open to a 15-min call" conversation) Log every call outcome in a shared spreadsheet (call status, interest level, email collected, notes, follow-up date) Flag any "hot" leads immediately via message so we can follow up same-day Handle basic voicemail/no-answer follow-up (2nd attempt after a few days) What We Provide Full contact list, pre-organized by priority (highest-value multi-site contacts first) Two call scripts (address-verification version + main outreach version) Talking points for every contact A tracking spreadsheet with dropdowns already built in — just fill and go A short onboarding call/voice memo explaining the campaign and context Ideal Candidate Prior experience in outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, or healthcare/medical office outreach Clear, professional, friendly phone manner — comfortable talking to physicians and practice administrators Reliable, organized, comfortable working independently once briefed US-based or US-accent preferred (calling US medical practices) Bonus: any healthcare, medical billing, or RCM industry familiarity Scope & Budget Estimated 60-80 hours total (~485 contacts, ~6-8 min average including redials/voicemails) Fixed Bid : Project Prefer ongoing part-time engagement over 2-3 weeks rather than one big rushed batch How to Apply Please include: Brief description of your outbound calling / appointment-setting experience Whether you have healthcare or medical office calling experience Your availability (hours/week) over the next 2-3 weeks
