Summary

We are a UK-based recruitment agency specialising in engineering, welding, fabrication, and industrial staffing. We are looking for a confident and experienced outbound cold caller/business development representative to contact UK companies and help generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities: * Making outbound B2B cold calls to UK companies * Speaking with hiring managers and decision makers * Introducing our recruitment services professionally * Following provided call scripts and processes * Building rapport and generating client interest * Logging call outcomes and notes consistently Requirements: * Clear and professional English speaking skills * Neutral or minimal accent preferred * Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience * Comfortable making high volumes of calls consistently * Confident speaking with businesses over the phone * Reliable internet connection and headset * Must be available during UK business hours (9am–5pm UK time) What We Provide: * Lead lists/contact numbers * Call scripts and training * Ongoing support and guidance Experience within recruitment, manufacturing, engineering, or staffing is a bonus but not essential.
