Outbound Caller — Book Demos with US Medical Clinics (Warm Scripts Provided)

Job description: We're a healthcare software company (Hana) building tools that help medical clinics run their front desk and patient communication. We have a list of clinics we want to reach by phone, and we need a friendly, dependable person to make those calls. This is NOT high-pressure cold sales. We already know these clinics and why they're a fit. Your job is to call, get past the front desk, and either leave a great voicemail or have a short, human conversation to spark interest and (ideally) book a quick demo with our team. We provide the call list, the phone number to call from, the talk track, and context on each clinic. What you'll do: Work through a daily call list of US medical clinics (we provide it, updated regularly) Call each clinic, leave a warm voicemail or speak with staff using our script as a guide Log the outcome of each call in a simple web app we'll give you access to (one click: left voicemail / no answer / connected / callback requested / bad number) Schedule callbacks when someone asks for one Keep it human — you can improvise around the script, you're not a robot reading a page What we're looking for: Clear, warm, confident spoken English (US-neutral accent strongly preferred — you'll be calling US clinics) Comfortable on the phone and getting past gatekeepers/front-desk staff politely Reliable and self-directed — you'll work a list without someone watching over you Available during US business hours (specify your timezone and available hours in your proposal) Bonus: prior experience calling healthcare/medical offices, appointment setting, or B2B phone outreach Tools: You'll make calls through our business phone system (Vonage — free app on Mac/Windows/phone, we'll set you up) You'll log outcomes in our web app (dead simple, we'll walk you through it) No autodialer, no scripts you have to read word-for-word — this is real conversation To apply, please tell us: A short voice sample or Loom of you reading this line: "Hi, this is [name] calling for the office manager — I work with Hana, we help clinics like yours cut down on front-desk phone volume, and I wanted to see if it'd make sense to grab 15 minutes."
