Outbound Caller – Medical/Physician Outreach Looking for a confident outbound caller to follow up on fax campaigns, talk to medical office gatekeepers, and schedule partner meetings. What You’ll Do Send targeted faxes to doctor offices Call offices (same day/next day) to confirm fax receipt. Pitch our Pharmacy & DME services (diabetic supplies, medications, etc.). Handle gatekeepers, qualify leads, and book meetings for our Operations Manager. Log all call activity and outcomes accurately in real time. What We Need 1+ year experience in outbound cold calling, medical sales support, or physician outreach. GHL Experience: Familiar with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/fax platforms. Gatekeeper Pro: Confident navigating past front desk staff. DME / Pharmacy knowledge is a huge plus! Fluent English, quiet remote setup, and high-speed internet.
