Outbound Caller – Medical / Physician Outreach

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Caller to conduct physician outreach, follow up on fax campaigns, engage with medical office staff, and schedule meetings with healthcare providers. Responsibilities Send targeted faxes to physician and medical offices. Follow up by phone to confirm fax receipt. Introduce and promote our Pharmacy & DME services (diabetic supplies, medications, medical equipment, etc.). Speak professionally with receptionists, office managers, and other gatekeepers. Qualify potential partners and schedule meetings for our Operations Manager. Accurately document all call activities, notes, and outcomes in the CRM. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, physician outreach, medical sales support, or appointment setting. Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Experience speaking with medical offices and navigating gatekeepers. Knowledge of Pharmacy, DME, or healthcare services is highly preferred. Fluent spoken and written English. Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet home office.
