We Are Hiring: Experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our real estate campaigns and operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in real estate cold calling, CRM management, and transaction support, who can work independently and follow systems closely. 🏡 Required Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate campaigns Experience working with Cash Buyers, Investors, Wholesalers, and Real Estate Agents Strong background in cold calling, lead management, and real estate admin tasks Familiarity with transaction coordination is a plus 📋 Key Responsibilities: Get familiar with our Real Estate Rejuvenation contracts for their simplicity Dial leads from probate lists Dial leads from expired listings Dial leads from pre-foreclosure lists with lease-option-to-own strategy Focus on certain properties in areas or with features - criteria provided upon joining Prioritize listings in high-income areas - which we will share once joined Manage and update CRM accurately Monitor call activity and follow instructions closely Get familiar with and follow our internal systems, including: Trello (task tracking and end-of-day reporting) Monitask (time tracking) Our phone system 💰 Compensation Structure $3 an hour and $20 for each contract signed. 💻 We use our own software and they are similar in ways to the common ones: Mojo Dialer Follow Up Boss Podio PropStream BatchLeads Trello Monitask Phone/dialer systems ⭐ Ideal Candidate: Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to follow instructions and systems precisely Comfortable asking questions for clarification Can work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, motivated, and consistent Focused on quality work and results 💼 Work Setup: Remote / Freelance Long-term opportunity for the right candidate If you have proven real estate VA experience and are comfortable handling multiple lead types and systems, we encourage you to apply.
