Outbound Caller for Subcontractor Recruiting (Construction)

About the role We're a masonry construction company building out our network of subcontractors, and we need a dedicated caller to drive outreach. You'll work through our lists (1,000+ companies plus an ongoing lead list) to reach subcontractors, introduce who we are, and get them interested in working with us. Your job is to take someone from "never heard of you" to "yeah, I'm interested" then hand the warm lead off to our team to take it deeper. This is high-volume, phone-first work: expect to call, text, and email roughly 150–200 contacts a day. What you'll do Make a high volume of outbound calls (plus follow-up texts and emails) to subcontractors Introduce the company and spark genuine interest Qualify lightly and pass warm, interested leads to our internal team for next steps Keep your list and outreach organized so we know who's been contacted and where they stand What we're looking for Fluent Spanish is required. Most of these calls are in Spanish. You can read the person and adjust your style, whether they're polished/professional or more casual/field. Excellent on the phone. Warm, approachable, and relatable, not salesy. It should feel like a real conversation, not a telemarketing pitch. Sharp enough to pick up the basics of what we do (retaining walls, driveways, concrete, pavers, structural work) so you sound credible Self-directed, high energy, and comfortable being on the phone for most of the day. Reliable and organized with follow-up. Details Hours: Around 8 hours per day Type: Project-based We'll give you the lists so you can hit the ground running To apply Tell us briefly about your phone/outreach experience, confirm your Spanish fluency, and share your availability. A short voice note or note about your calling style is a big plus.
