Job Title: Outbound Calling Accountability Partner & Sales Admin Assistant I’m looking for a reliable, positive and engaging person to support me during outbound calling sessions for my business coaching practice. This is a slightly different role. It is part accountability partner, part sales admin support, and potentially part call-feedback buddy. The main purpose of the role is to help me stay focused, consistent and productive during my outbound calling blocks. How the role will work We will meet on Zoom during scheduled calling sessions. You will need to have your camera on and be fully present during the session. Depending on your skills and confidence, the role may work in one of two ways: Option 1: Buddy calling You will have your own call list, and I will have mine. We will take turns making outbound calls. While one person is calling, the other person stays muted, listens, and gives a very short piece of feedback afterwards. The feedback should be simple, positive and constructive… for example: “What worked well was…” “One thing that could have been slightly better was…” “that was good energy on that call… ok, let’s go again.” This is not about long discussions or over-analysing every call. It is about keeping the momentum going. Option 2: Sales admin and accountability support If you are not an experienced caller, that is fine. You may still be a great fit if you are organised, positive and good with admin. In this version of the role, I will make the calls while you stay on Zoom, listen, take notes, capture action points, and help ensure follow-ups are completed properly. This may include: • Making notes from calls • Updating CRM records • Preparing or sending follow-up emails • Tracking next steps • Keeping me focused and accountable during the session • Helping make sure leads do not fall through the cracks What I’m looking for I am looking for someone who is: • Positive, upbeat and enjoyable to work with • Reliable and punctual • Comfortable being on camera on Zoom • Confident enough to give short, honest feedback • Organised and detail-focused • Good at written English • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and email • Calm, professional and discreet You do not need to be a world-class salesperson, but you do need to bring good energy, focus and consistency. Important You may be exposed to confidential business and prospect information during this role, so confidentiality is essential. Calls must not be recorded, shared or discussed outside of our working relationship. Hours The role will be approximately 20 - 30 hours per week. The schedule will be flexible around my diary, but I you will have around 2 weeks notice of the planned calling sessions. Pay Budget: $5 to $15 USD per hour, depending on experience, skill level and fit.
