Outbound Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Commercial Cleaning (Long Term)

We're a growing commercial cleaning company looking for a confident, full-time outbound cold caller to book appointments with decision-makers (office managers, facility managers, property managers) at businesses in the US. This is a long-term role with room to grow. We provide the leads, the dialer, the CRM, and a proven script — you bring the energy and the ability to hold a real conversation. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Make outbound calls to local businesses from a provided list - Get past gatekeepers and reach the decision-maker - Pitch our cleaning service and book qualified appointments - Log every call and outcome in our CRM (full training given) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral accent - Previous cold calling / appointment setting / phone sales experience - Someone who thinks on their feet and handles objections without freezing - Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable on the phone all day - Able to work in US Time Zone NICE TO HAVE - Experience selling B2B services or to facilities/property managers - Familiarity with [Close / HubSpot / your CRM] PAY - $7-8 per hour + bonus per booked appointment that shows up - Semi Full-time, starting at 32 hrs/week TO APPLY Start your reply with the word "SPARKLE" so I know you read this.
