This is a long-term, ongoing role for a skilled outbound caller who knows how to earn trust fast and book demos that people actually show up to. We are AI Antidote and SeedSuite, cloud-based compliance automation and inventory management platforms built for small retail businesses operating in heavily regulated U.S. industries. Our prospects are owners and managers of small retail storefronts. They are busy, skeptical, and have heard plenty of pitches before. We do not want someone to read a script and ask if they want to buy software. We want someone who can break the pattern the moment the call connects. What the role involves: Outbound cold calls to retail business owners and managers during North American business hours Working a targeted lead list inside our CRM Using our provided script framework as a foundation, improvisation within structure is expected and encouraged Booking confirmed calendar demos with qualified prospects Logging clean, detailed notes after every call Following up with booked prospects to ensure show rate The one number that matters: 5 qualified, attended demos booked per 100 dials. Compensation: Hourly base: $5.50 to $10/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill One-time commission: $80 to $575 per closed deal (varies by plan) Recurring residual: 5% of the account's monthly subscription, every month, for as long as they stay on the platform To put the residual in real terms: if you help close 10 accounts averaging $150/month each, that's $75/month coming in passively, on top of your hourly and any new commissions. Close 30 accounts over time and the residual alone starts to look like a second income stream. We retain clients. The residual is not a throwaway line. You are right for this if: You have real outbound B2B cold calling experience, not warm leads, not inbound You understand what pattern disruption means and use it deliberately on calls You know how to build genuine trust in under 60 seconds, not just friendliness You are comfortable calling into niche, regulated industries You have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a neutral or clear accent for North American ears You log everything in the CRM without being asked You are looking for a stable, ongoing engagement, not a one-off project To apply, please include: A short Loom video (2 to 3 minutes) walking us through how you open a cold call and handle the first objection, use any product, real or hypothetical Your Upwork profile with any relevant sales or cold calling work history A one-paragraph answer to this question: What is pattern disruption in a cold call, and give one specific example of how you use it Applications without the Loom video and written answer will not be reviewed.
