Outbound Cold Caller for Website Sales

Here's what makes this role different from typical cold calling: we've already built draft websites for a long list of businesses that currently have no website at all. The product exists before you ever pick up the phone. You're not selling an idea from a blank slate. You're letting a business owner know that something has already been created for their company, and offering to get it in front of them. What you'll do Your job is simple and repeatable: - Work through a provided list of businesses that have no website yet. - Call them using the power dialer software we provide, so you move from call to call with no manual dialing. High volume, low friction. - Open every call the same way: let them know a website was already built for their business, and that you'd like to get it in front of the owner to take a look. - Reach the owner or decision maker, or find the best way to get the site to them directly. - Log the outcome and move to the next call. You are the first point of contact. We handle the rest. Our team takes over for the demo, the questions, and the close. Your one job is to open the door and connect us to the right person. That focus is what makes this role winnable. You don't need to be a closer. You need to be clear, warm, consistent, and willing to dial. You're delivering something, not pitching something. - People are naturally curious when something has been made specifically for them. - You're not asking for money on the first call. Compensation This role pays an hourly rate plus a performance bonus for every client you successfully bring on. All compensation is handled through Upwork. Because our websites are a recurring product, the callers who consistently bring on good clients have meaningful, ongoing earning potential, not just a one-time payout. The more owners you connect us with who become clients, the more you earn. All pay will be through upwork What we're looking for - Clear, warm, confident phone presence in natural-sounding English - Comfort with high-volume outbound dialing, back to back, for a full shift - Coachable and consistent. This is a numbers game, and the people who show up every day are the ones - A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to make calls - Self-motivated. You don't need someone standing over you to keep dialing - Bonus points for prior cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or BDR experience, but a great attitude and a great voice can beat a long resume here What we provide - The full list of businesses to call (warm by design, since we've already built for them) - Power dialer software so you never waste time manually dialing - A proven script and talk track - Training on the simple open, and ongoing support - A team that handles everything after you make the connection How to apply (this part is required) We care more about how you sound than what your resume says, so the most important step is a quick audio sample.
