**Job Description: Outbound Cold Calling Specialist** We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled and motivated outbound cold calling specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing connections with automotive dealerships across the United States and successfully booking qualified meetings for our founder. These meetings are typically 20 to 30 minutes in duration and are crucial for fostering relationships and driving our business forward. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in telemarketing and appointment setting, demonstrating a strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your ability to engage them in meaningful conversations will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities will include: - Conducting outbound calls to a targeted list of US dealerships, introducing our services and identifying potential interest. - Building rapport with dealership representatives to establish trust and credibility, ultimately leading to booked meetings. - Utilizing a CRM system to track interactions, manage leads, and document outcomes of each call. - Collaborating with our founder to understand their vision and goals, ensuring that appointments align with their strategic objectives. - Maintaining a consistent call schedule and managing your time effectively to maximize productivity. - Continuously refining your pitch and approach based on feedback and performance metrics to increase conversion rates. This is a part-time position ideally leading to substantial work for the right candidate, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, possessing the motivation and discipline to work independently while receiving rejection.
