Outbound Email & Lead Generation Specialist — Instantly.ai

We’re looking for an experienced Cold Email & Lead Generation Specialist to manage ongoing partnership outreach using Instantly.ai. You’ll be responsible for consistently sourcing/scraping fresh, targeted leads across several categories, adding and organizing them into campaigns, and managing outreach from start to finish. Responsibilities: * Source and scrape new targeted leads consistently * Build and manage campaigns in Instantly.ai * Create separate campaigns for different prospect categories * Write and optimize email sequences and follow-ups * Manage email verification, deliverability, and inbox health * Track open rates, reply rates, and positive responses * A/B test and continuously improve performance * Provide regular performance reports Requirements: * Proven experience with Instantly.ai and cold email * Strong lead generation/scraping experience * Understanding of email deliverability * Ability to show results from previous campaigns * Reliable and able to maintain campaigns consistently This is an ongoing position. We’re looking for someone who can keep a steady flow of new leads coming in while maintaining strong deliverability and response rates.
