About Echo Media Echo Media is a revenue systems agency that works exclusively with restoration companies — water, fire, mold, and storm damage. We don't sell generic marketing. We install a full attribution system that tracks ad spend all the way through to booked jobs and revenue. Our retainers range from $7,500 to $13,000/month, and our clients are owners running $2M–$30M+ operations. What We Need We're looking for an experienced appointment setter to identify and qualify restoration company owners and book discovery calls on our calendar. This is a B2B cold outreach role — email, LinkedIn, and phone. You don't pitch pricing and you don't close deals. Your job is to get the right decision-makers on the phone with our founder. Your Responsibilities Research and identify restoration company owners who meet our qualification criteria ($2M+ revenue, decision-maker confirmed) Run outbound outreach via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn Qualify leads before booking — we pay on closed deals, not just calls booked Book discovery calls directly onto our calendar Log all activity and outcomes in our CRM (GHL — we provide access and training) Follow up consistently until you get a clear yes, no, or reason to move on Qualification Criteria (You Must Confirm All Before Booking) Restoration company only — water, fire, mold, or storm damage. No adjacent trades. $2M+ in annual revenue Confirmed decision-maker — owner, GM, or VP. Not an office manager. Compensation This is a performance-based role paid as milestones through Upwork when deals close. 10% of first payment when our founder closes a client you sourced 5% monthly residual for the life of that client — paid every month they remain active Payout examples: Plan 1 ($4,500 first payment) — $450 on close + $75/mo residual Plan 2 ($7,500/mo) — $750 on close + $375/mo residual Plan 3 ($13,000/mo) — $1,300 on close + $650/mo residual Source two Plan 2 clients that stay for 6 months and you're earning $750/month in residuals without sourcing a single new lead. The structure rewards quality over volume. What We Provide Full setter playbook — gatekeeper scripts, voicemail scripts, email sequences, SMS templates, objection handling GHL CRM access with your pipeline pre-built Direct feedback from the founder on booked calls Clear path to a closer role with higher commission rates if performance warrants it Who Should Apply Proven B2B outreach experience — you've booked calls in a cold sales environment before Comfortable with cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach Detail-oriented — you qualify thoroughly because you know bad leads waste your time too Restoration industry knowledge is a plus but not required To Apply Submit a brief proposal (under 200 words) telling us: what outreach experience you have, a specific result you've achieved in a setter or SDR role, and why a performance-based structure works for you.
