Email Outreach Specialist Needed for 1,000-Creator Campaign — 48-Hour Turnaround We are a social media marketing company seeking an experienced email outreach specialist to contact approximately 1,000 small and emerging creators within the next 48 hours. The purpose of the campaign is to introduce our company and recruit creators for upcoming paid brand collaboration opportunities. Scope of work: - Review and prepare our existing list of approximately 1,000 email addresses - Set up and send an outreach campaign using professional, compliant sending infrastructure - Send the campaign within 48 hours of being hired - Manage bounces, unsubscribe requests, and suppression - Provide a delivery report showing emails sent, delivered, bounced, opened, and replied to, where available - Return all interested responses to our team for follow-up Important: We cannot provide a warmed email account or sending domain. Applicants must already have legitimate infrastructure that can support this campaign while clearly and accurately identifying our company as the business behind the outreach. Please do not apply if your approach involves personal inboxes, anonymous sender identities, purchased accounts, or mass BCC sending. Requirements: - Proven experience with creator or influencer email outreach - Experience sending cold-email campaigns at this volume - Strong understanding of email deliverability and applicable anti-spam requirements - Ability to begin immediately and complete the initial send within 48 hours - Clear reporting and communication When applying, please answer: 1.
