Summary

We are an independent media for women in business. We publish editorially across five pillars and run invite-only dinner series for women founders in NYC, San Diego, London, Paris, and Dubai. The first dinner is in NYC on June 17, 2026. THE ROLE We need an outbound operator to run our founder outreach across email and LinkedIn. You will not be writing from scratch. We write the master templates and brand voice rules. You handle the personalization, the sending, the follow-up sequences, the reply triage, and the handoff of warm leads to the founder. This is a precision job, not a volume job. 15 high-quality personalized outreaches that land beat 500 templated ones that get ignored. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Research target founders for each dinner city - Personalize and send outreach using our templates as the foundation - Run multi-touch sequences (email + LinkedIn, 3 to 5 touches per prospect) - Triage replies. Warm replies go to the founder. Everything else you handle. - Track reply rates, application conversion, and pipeline by city - Iterate on subject lines, opening lines, and CTAs based on data - Maintain a clean target list across cities (no double-outreach, no overlap) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of B2B outbound experience, ideally for events, media, or premium services. Not generic SaaS sales. - Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator at the daily-action limit - Writing samples that don't read like cold-email templates - Native or near-native written English. Tone calibration matters here. - You understand that 20 founders is the goal, not 150 names on a list COMPENSATION AND TERMS Hourly, $7 to $15 USD based on experience and writing quality 20 to 25 hours per week, ongoing Start: within 2 days VOLUME TARGET 15 to 25 personalized outreaches per day, 5 days per week per week. Reply rate target: 12% or higher. Application conversion target: 50% of warm replies.
