Join our Australian property company as an Outbound Phone Caller and Appointment Setter. Your role involves contacting warm leads to schedule appointments for our property consultants. You'll work full-time for 3 to 6 months, focusing on converting leads into booked appointments. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Fintrack is an Australian financial strategy company that helps everyday Australians pay off their home loan faster and build retirement income. We have a list of past enquiries (warm leads) we want to reconnect with by phone. Your job is simple: call these old leads, follow our friendly script, and complete a short "Fact Find" form on each call — then book interested people in for a session with one of our strategists. Full script and form provided. This is a warm, no-pressure, relationship-style call — not cold, hard-sell telemarketing. What you'll do Call leads from our list during Australian business hours Follow our provided call script (we supply it word-for-word) Have a natural, warm conversation and listen Complete the Discovery Call Fact Find in our CRM as you talk Book qualified people into a Strategy Session Log call outcomes using our simple status codes No voicemails, no texting — just calls and accurate notes You're a great fit if you have Clear, confident, friendly spoken English (neutral accent preferred) Phone sales / appointment setting / customer service experience A reliable headset, quiet space, and stable internet Good attention to detail for data entry The ability to follow a script while still sounding human Availability that overlaps Australian time zones (AEST), especially Tue–Thu Hours & start 20–30 hours/week, with potential for more for the right person. Best calling windows are weekday mornings (8–11am) and late afternoons (4–7pm) AEST. Important You will NOT give any financial, tax, legal or credit advice — everything is general information only, and our strategists handle all advice. You just reconnect, build rapport, complete the Fact Find, and book the call. To apply, please answer: Briefly describe your outbound phone / appointment-setting experience.
