Sell the one thing every business owner wants: More revenue in the door. Most SDR jobs hand you a product nobody asked for and a list nobody answers. This is the opposite. We're a performance-based lead generation company serving clients from SMB to Fortune 500. The model makes your job easier: Clients pay us only when we deliver sales-qualified leads. You're not pitching a maybe. You're calling owners, heads of sales, and demand gen leaders about the exact problem keeping them up at night, and offering a fix they only pay for when it works. Last year we delivered over 20,000 leads and drove multiple eight figures in pipeline. What you'll do Live on the phones, 200 to 250 dials a day on lists we enrich with behavioral targeting, so your time goes into conversations, not voicemails. Get in the door with owners and budget holders fast, and book qualified appointments for the Founder. You'll also work warm inbound from our email and ads, plus follow-up on missed appointments. You won't start cold every morning. What's in it for you Competitive base and uncapped commissions on deals closed through your appointments. A real path to AE within 6 to 9 months. We hire closers in the making. Who you are 2 to 3 years of outbound dialing with the numbers to back it. A track record of hitting commission and targets that you're fine with us verifying. Fluent across CRMs, and clean enough on the keyboard that handoffs never get lost. You want a real scoreboard and you want to win on it. Sound like you?
