Job Opportunity: Outbound Sales, Appointment Setter & Closing Client (Remote) Company: MainStreet Autopilot Base Salary: $5.00 – $10.00 / hour - Based on experience and voice/communication skills Commission: $25.00 per lead that is booked and signs up for a service successfully. Location: Remote (Targeting candidates in Asia and the Middle East) Hours: US Business Hours (EST/CST/MST/PST shifts available) --- About MainStreet Autopilot At MainStreet Autopilot, we stop local businesses from losing money. Every single day, local service providers (dentists, orthodontists, plumbers, chiropractors) miss dozens of calls after they close at 5:00 PM. Those missed calls are lost revenue. We deploy cutting-edge, low-latency Agentic AI Voice & SMS systems that answer their phones 24/7, triage emergencies, and book high-value appointments directly into their calendars while they sleep. We are growing rapidly and looking for hungry, articulate, and thick-skinned outbound sales professionals to help us scale. --- What You Will Be Doing This is a proactive, outbound-heavy role. You are not waiting for the phone to ring; you are hunting. 1. Cold Outreach: Run outbound cold-calling campaigns to lists of local US business owners (dentists, orthodontists, and home services). 2. Lead Triage: Qualify the business owner by identifying their current pain points. 3. The Pitch: Clearly explain how our "No-Missed-Revenue Guarantee" AI systems capture leads and drive revenue growth. 4. The Close (Booking): Book qualified business owners onto our calendar, attend the meeting, interact, and close them for an AI service. 5. Nurture: Send SMS/Email follow-ups through our CRM to ensure high show-up rates. --- What We Are Looking For We do not care about fancy degrees. We care about hunger, communication, and grit. 1. Fluent English: You must speak with exceptional clarity, high confidence, and a low/neutral accent. 2. Sales Background: At least 1–2 years of outbound cold-calling experience (B2B, high-ticket, or SaaS sales to US, UK, or Australian markets is highly preferred). 3. Tech Literacy: Experience working with dialers or other modern CRMs. 4. The Setup: A reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps), a noise-canceling headset, and a completely quiet workspace (zero background noise). 5. The Mentality: Resilient. You view "No" as a normal part of the game and can handle standard sales objections with a friendly, professional pivot. --- Compensation & Growth We want you to make incredible money here. We reward performance heavily. Competitive Base: $5.00 to $10.00 per hour (paid weekly/bi-weekly). Uncapped Commissions: $25.00 cash bonus for every single lead you book and sign up for our services. If you book and sign up 10 new clients (for any of our AI services) a month, that is an extra $250.00 on top of your base salary. Growth Path: Top-performing appointment setters and client closers will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time role within 3 to 6 months, earning even higher commission splits. --- ⚠️ How to Apply (DO NOT SKIP THIS) We receive hundreds of generic applications.
