Outbound Sales Agent/SDR For Commercial Pressure Washing

Commercial Sales Representative (Commission Heavy) We're looking for a driven outbound sales representative to help us identify and close high-value commercial pressure washing opportunities. (State of Pennsylvania Harrisburg to Philidephia for rough location). This is not a typical sales role. You'll be targeting: • Apartment Complexes • Property Management Companies • Senior Living Communities • Healthcare Facilities • Parking Garages • Industrial Facilities • Retail Centers • HOAs • Commercial Real Estate Groups Your job is simple: Identify opportunities. Reach out to decision makers. Generate interest. Help move deals through the sales process. Compensation: • Weekly base pay (marginal pay, this is commission heavy for below stated reason). • 30% commission on closed deals Many of the opportunities we pursue range from $10,000 to $100,000+, with some long-term contracts and larger projects reaching significantly higher values (industry cap around 1-5million). Ideal Candidate: • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach • Comfortable investing time and effort for a long term return (Not many hard-selling sales reps going after the opportunity) • Strong communication skills • Self-motivated • Organized and able to manage follow-ups • B2B sales experience is a plus but not required We're looking for someone who wants to build relationships, create opportunities, and earn based on performance.
