Summary

We're building out an outbound team and are looking for a full‑time B2B appointment setter to book short discovery calls with U.S. industrial companies (manufacturers, food & beverage plants, warehouses). You do not need to understand the technology — we provide word‑for‑word scripts, a one‑page playbook, and a ready list of ~100 named decision‑makers with phone numbers, emails, and profiles. Your job is simple: work the list and book qualified discovery calls for our team. This role begins with a paid ramp‑up period as we onboard and get outreach moving; ongoing scope and hours are confirmed based on results and business needs. Strong performers have a clear path to long‑term, steady work. What you'll do (each day) - Call decision‑makers (Plant Managers, EHS/Safety Managers, Operations Directors) from our script. - If no answer: leave a voicemail and send a templated email. - If still no answer: send a LinkedIn connection + message, call again at a different time, then a final email. - Book qualified discovery calls and log every touch in a shared Google Sheet we provide. You're a great fit if you have - Excellent spoken and written English: clear, neutral, confident on the phone. (Required. We will ask for a short voice recording) - B2B cold‑calling / appointment‑setting / SDR experience, ideally into the U.S. market. - Your own ability to make calls to U.S. phone numbers: e.g. a US number via Google Voice, Skype, JustCall, CloudTalk, or similar softphone, plus a good headset, quiet space, and stable internet. Please tell us exactly what you use. - Comfort with LinkedIn outreach and Microsoft OneDrive Excel Sheets. - Availability during U.S. business hours (roughly 8am–5pm Central Time), full‑time, starting right away.
