We're a software platform purpose-built for security guard companies - scheduling, payroll, client reporting & operations all in one place. We're early, we're moving fast & we're looking for a cold caller who wants to be part of something from the ground up, not just fill a seat. This isn't a "read from a script & disappear" role. You'll have direct access to the founder, real feedback daily & a front-row seat to watching deals close in a niche industry that most sales reps have never even thought about targeting. What You'll Do • Hit the phones daily - outbound cold calls to security guard companies across the US introducing our platform • Qualify leads & log every call, note & outcome in our CRM - this is not optional, you'll live in it • Send a quick end-of-day report on calls made & pipeline status so we can coach you fast & keep momentum going • Move leads through the pipeline: import → contacted → interested → closed (won or lost) • Work directly with the founder - tight feedback loop, fast course corrections & real coaching every day What We're Looking For • 1+ year of outbound cold calling, telesales or SDR work (B2B preferred) • Fluent, clear spoken English - this is a phone-first role • Available during US business hours with solid Pacific Time overlap • Resilient - this industry has a real sales cycle & we need someone who stays hungry through the slow patches • Self-starter who owns their day & doesn't need to be chased to hit the phones • Coachable - we move fast, give direct feedback & expect you to apply it the next day Nice to Have • Experience selling SaaS/tech into niche or specialized B2B industries • CRM literate (we'll train you on ours but familiarity helps) • Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus Compensation $5-7/hr USD as an hourly retainer to start. Performance incentives are on the table once we're in a groove together - we're looking for the right long-term person & we reward that. How to Apply [IMPORTANT] Want to be considered?
