Outbound Sales Rep Needed - Business Loan Associate

-This position is only eligible for US based employees- Our outbound sales team is growing! You will call on different borrower populations depending on business needs, re-engaging them through different outreach strategies and guiding them through our current sales processes. You will speak to our multi-product offering with the goal of handing them off to our specialized sales teams who take them through to funding. Major Areas of Responsibility: -Activities will lead to results: there's a minimum expected 100 outbound call benchmark to deliver based on the population you are converting -You will be building rapport with borrowers through discovery, active listening and assist them with completing new applications for future potential funding once they pre-qualify -You will explain the differences between loan products and setting expectations for a smooth borrower journey -Your success will be determined by the number of borrowers you engage with, KPIs include applications completed, and the applications funded -Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day Qualifications for Success: -Fluency in professional and conversational English (Verbal & Written) -6+ months of work experience in outbound sales or a similar position -Comfortable working in a remote work environment -Ensure reliable and consistent attendance, logging in at the designated start time each day -Able to demonstrate a growth mindset through adaptability, transparency and continuous feedback loop -See challenges as opportunities -Thrive in a fast-paced, metric & results-driven environment -Eager to drive results through consistent activity (phone, email, SMS) -Ability to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency -Adaptable to change -Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task -Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude -Must be able to work between 9am – 6pm EST & committing 40 hours a week
