About Grace Park Foundation Grace Park Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a lasting impact in our community through meaningful programs, events, and philanthropic initiatives. We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and highly ethical individual to join our team and help connect with prospective supporters who have already expressed interest in our mission. ### This Is NOT Cold Calling Our marketing team has already introduced these individuals to Grace Park Foundation through direct mail, events, presentations, digital marketing, or other outreach efforts. Your role is to follow up with these warm prospects, answer questions, build relationships, and schedule appointments or conversations with our leadership team. Responsibilities * Follow up with warm leads who have received information about Grace Park Foundation. * Build rapport and establish trust through friendly and professional conversations. * Qualify prospects and determine their level of interest. * Schedule appointments, meetings, tours, or follow-up conversations. * Maintain accurate notes and records in our CRM system. * Represent Grace Park Foundation with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. * Help prospective supporters understand our mission and vision. What We're Looking For **The ideal candidate is:** * Friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoys talking with people. * Fluent in spoken and written English. * Highly ethical with unquestionable integrity. * Professional, dependable, and self-motivated. * Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day. * A strong listener who can build relationships naturally. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Positive, coachable, and eager to learn. ### Preferred Qualifications * Previous outbound calling, inside sales, customer service, fundraising, or appointment-setting experience. * Experience working with nonprofits, charities, churches, or mission-driven organizations is a plus. ### What Success Looks Like Success in this role is not about high-pressure sales tactics.
