Outbound Specialist / GTM Operator — Own Our Entire Outbound Engine (Base + Uncapped Rev-Share)

We build, run, and scale sales operations for high-ticket businesses. We’re already winning — strong client base, proven offer, real results. We currently get 30+ booked calls monthly and a huge volume of positive replies through an external setup — now we’re bringing outbound fully in-house and building it out. This candidate is responsible for that. The Role Full ownership of our outbound engine, both motions: ∙ Volume: automated cold email at scale — 2k+ daily sending, rotated domains, deliverability, sequencing, the works. ∙ High-intent (Dream 100): researched, multi-channel, personalized outreach to our exact ICP — LinkedIn, email, Instagram, calling, custom Loom videos + more. You own list building, ICP targeting, copy, deliverability, the tech stack, daily management, and booking qualified meetings. You Must Have ∙ Deep experience with outbound systems and modern GTM tech stacks — Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, HeyReach + more. You run advanced tooling, not just the basics. ∙ Proven cold email results you can show — reply rates, booked meetings, how you got them. ∙ High-intent / Dream 100 ability — research a prospect, work them across LinkedIn, email, IG, calls, and custom Looms. Strong spoken English required. ∙ Deliverability mastery — 2k+ daily sends, rotated domains, warming, inbox rotation, staying out of spam at volume. ∙ Qualification discipline — you book meetings that fit, not vanity calls. ∙ Full ownership — if a domain burns or deliverability drops, you fix it without being told. The Offer ∙ Monthly base pay. ∙ Uncapped revenue share on every client you book that signs — ongoing, every month they stay. Risk-free offer. No cap on earnings — 5 clients could equate to $10k+ in monthly commissions from your effort. Where This Leads This is a future management/ownership position.
