Summary

We are looking for an experienced Outbrain & Taboola Media Buyer to manage and scale native advertising campaigns for the German market. Our campaigns currently spend approximately $12,000 per day, so we’re looking for someone with proven experience managing high-budget native advertising campaigns who understands how to consistently optimize performance while maintaining quality. Responsibilities * Manage and optimize Outbrain and Taboola campaigns at scale * Set up and structure campaigns for long-term performance * Develop and test creative strategies (headlines, images, landing page angles) * Optimize CPC, CTR, and overall campaign efficiency * Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPA * Improve traffic quality and conversion performance * Perform publisher and section-level optimization * Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities * Continuously test new strategies and optimization techniques Requirements * Proven experience managing Outbrain and Taboola campaigns * Strong understanding of native advertising algorithms and delivery systems * Experience managing significant daily ad spend (high-budget campaigns preferred) * Deep knowledge of: * Campaign structure * Creative testing * CPC & CTR optimization * CPA optimization * Campaign scaling * Publisher & section optimization * Traffic quality optimization * Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making * Ability to work independently and proactively Language Requirement Fluent German is required. All campaigns target the German market, so you must be able to review and optimize German creatives, headlines, and campaign messaging.
