Outlook / Microsoft 365 Email Setup Specialist Needed for Domain Change

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help with our Outlook / Microsoft 365 email setup as we transition to a new main business domain. We are changing our primary email domain, but we need to make sure our existing email addresses continue to receive emails during and after the transition so nothing is missed. The setup will involve 4 employee email accounts. We need support with: Connecting/forwarding the old email addresses to the new email addresses Ensuring emails sent to the old domain are still received Setting up the new email addresses correctly in Outlook / Microsoft 365 Checking DNS/MX records where required Ensuring there is no downtime or email loss during the domain transition Making sure each employee can send and receive emails correctly Advising on the best setup for aliases, forwarding, shared mailboxes or domain management The ideal freelancer will have: Strong experience with Outlook and Microsoft 365 admin centre Experience managing domain changes and email migration Knowledge of DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records Ability to guide us through a smooth transition Good communication and ability to explain the setup clearly We are looking for someone who can review our current setup, advise on the best approach, and implement the changes safely.
