Outreach & Qualification Specialist — Twitch/Kick Creators

We're hiring a full-time outreach specialist to contact the Twitch and Kick streamers on our list, find out who's genuinely interested, and hand the good ones to our account manager. You are not negotiating and not closing. Your job is volume out, and qualified leads in. What you'll do: - Work through the streamer lists— every contact gets reached. - Open conversations, mainly on Telegram, plus business email, Discord, X even linkedin if you have to. Key is to find a way. - Introduce the partnership and gauge interest before scheduling a call with the account manager to take over. - Qualify against a simple checklist: real and active channel, audience size confirmed, 18+ audience, region works for us, not locked into an exclusive deal, willing to talk to our account manager. - Book qualified leads with the account manager and hand over clean notes - Log every touch, reply and outcome in our sheet Volume target: 400 outreach touches per day across channels so its important you have a tools and experience with these volumes. You must have: - AI tooling that gets you volume without sounding automated. Clay or equivalent for per-lead research and personalised openers, batch drafting, and AI triage on incoming replies. Tell us your exact stack and what each tool does in your workflow. - A working understanding of platform limits. Telegram bots cannot cold-DM anyone. Discord bans self-bots outright. Telegram user accounts get spam-restricted somewhere around 40–80 cold DMs a day depending on account age. If your answer to hitting volume is "I'll just automate it," you'll burn our accounts inside a week and we'll both have wasted our time. - Experience with mailbox rotation and account warming — you know why both exist - Fluent, natural written English with understanding on gen z lingo. - Cold outreach or SDR experience, with a reply rate you can quote - Telegram-native - Discipline on the handoff — the account manager needs to open your notes and know exactly where the conversation stands To apply, answer these four: 1.
