Outreach & Web Research - Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant for ongoing part-time outreach and web research (3–5 hours/week to start). -- The Goal -- Build organic relationships with online curators and ambient media channels to place our video loops into live streams, video backgrounds, and social feeds—expanding the reach of our digital archive. -- What You Will Do -- Research & Discovery: Find active subcultural channels, ambient music curators, aesthetic pages, and visual art platforms across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and Telegram that fit a dark minimalist/experimental aesthetic. Email Outreach: Send clean outreach template from our dedicated studio email. Database Management: Log all prospect details, outreach dates, status changes, and curator quotes in our Monday.com CRM board. Follow-Ups: Track responses and schedule follow-up tasks in Monday.com so no leads drop through the cracks. -- What We Are Looking For -- High proficiency in English communication (both written and comprehension). Strong web research skills (finding active contact emails and submission forms). Familiarity with spreadsheet tools or Monday.com (we will provide simple SOPs). High attention to detail—ability to carefully log data without missing fields.
