Outreach and Lead-Generation (QA) Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach and Lead-Generation Assistant to help us identify potential clients, build targeted prospect lists, and conduct professional outreach. The ideal candidate has experience with lead research, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM management. You should be comfortable finding decision-makers, verifying contact information, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities * Research and build targeted B2B prospect lists * Identify key decision-makers within target companies * Find and verify business email addresses * Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn * Follow up with prospects when needed * Update CRM and spreadsheets with outreach activity * Track responses and provide regular progress reports * Maintain high data accuracy and organization Requirements * Previous experience in lead generation or outreach * Excellent written English communication skills * Strong internet research abilities * Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, or similar tools * Experience using Google Sheets or Excel * Organized, reliable, and able to work independently * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cold email campaigns * Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or Salesforce * Experience with email verification tools * Understanding of B2B sales processes What We’re Looking For * Reliable communication * Strong problem-solving skills * Consistent, high-quality work * Long-term collaboration mindset To Apply Please include: 1.
